If it’s not right, we make it right

Ordered something that arrived damaged, wrong, or just wasn’t what you expected? You have 7 days from delivery to tell us.

1. Tell us within 7 days
Reply to your order message (WhatsApp/email) or write to orders@parcelkoi.com with your order number and what went wrong. A photo helps if the item is damaged.
2. We arrange pickup
For faulty or wrong items we send a courier to collect the parcel from your address — you pay nothing for the return.
3. Get your refund or replacement
Once the item reaches us and the issue is confirmed, we refund your full payment (including delivery charge) or ship a replacement — your choice.

Fair-use conditions:

The item should be unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted for most items except innerwear, cosmetics, and food products (hygiene reasons), as long as the item is unused and sealed.
Refunds are returned the way you paid — for COD orders, via bKash/Nagad to your number, usually within 3–5 working days of us receiving the item.
