2–5 working days anywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka it's usually 1–2 days. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp first, then hand it to a trusted courier.
Yes — all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Remote areas may take the full 5 working days.
Use the Track your order page with your order number. You'll also get a call, WhatsApp message, or email (if you provided one) at every step: confirmed, shipped, delivered.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery — reply to your order message or write to orders@parcelkoi.com. We'll arrange a return or replacement, and refund your money if that's what you prefer.
No. Just your name, mobile number, and delivery address at checkout. No sign-up, no password to remember.
Yes — as long as the order hasn't shipped. Call or message us and we'll update or cancel it free of charge.
Yes. The price you see plus the flat delivery charge is everything you pay. There are no hidden charges.
